Now that it's been a few days since the recent election has happened, I thought it would be great to talk about how crazy facebook became on tuesday night when the results were announced.
As I logged onto my facebook my news feed was swarmed with angry republicans posts about how they were moving to canada, or that the world was ending. It got me thinking about how these young people became such strong republicans. Was it their parents who taught them their values or ideas? Or are those their own beliefs that they have educated them selfs on. I personally was raised democratic and the older I became I started to actually research what each presidents values were and compair them to my own. The saddest part about all of the facebook posts you see about the election are so uneducated!! These young people are just going with what their parents tell them to, and aren't actually looking into the FACTS about the different parties. It drives me crazy!
I was thinking the same thing. It's crazy some of the things people have posted on facebook about the election both before and after.
ReplyDeleteHalf the people commenting on the subject are not even old enough to vote! My twitter was going insane, it was ridiculous.
